All orders are currently shipped by USPS Priority mail including delivery confirmation. We have found this method to be the quickest way to get the products to you, the customer.

We get most orders shipped out within 48 hours.  An automatic email will follow providing you with the delivery confirmation number. 

• There are times when we get overwhelmed with incoming orders and we concentrate on getting the orders out to you first and get to the confirmation emails when possible. Rest assured your order is important and will ship in a timely manner.

• All domestic orders are charged a single flat fee shipping charge of $6.50, That's it. No extras. No weight calculations.

• Insurance can be added to a package by special request and an additional fee will be charged at that point.  You must let us know if you want your package inured before placing your order!  We are not responsible for lost packages.  If the post office confirms that the package was received, we cannot be held responsible for the "sticky finger neighbor".

• Delivery confirmation number and shipment information will be automatically sent to you via our stamps.com service.  Please check your email for this information before you call us to check the status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Please note that there has been a price increase on all USPS international shipping fees as of January 22 2012.  This increase affects both the Priority and the Express methods.  As of today, Jan. 23 2012, the minimum fee for international packages is $17.00 and up.  The minimum fee for Express insured mail is now $38 and up.

We are switching over to the new international shipping calculator offered by Paypal.  This new system allows us to give you more accurate shipping quotes based on weight and physical size of the product.  Some products are bulky and although they may be light weight, they need to be shipped in larger boxes which costs more.  Most small orders will still fall under the $17.00 USD minimum order as long as they fit into the flat rate envelope.  Any order that needs to be shipped in a larger box will get priced at $38 and up. We are still testing this new system so if you encounter any errors please let us know so we can correct the issue.

• Light weight item(s) which fit into a flat rate cardboard envelope 9.5"x12" can be shipped for this price($17.00 USD) to any country that supports the Priority mail services. 

• Bulky items such as screw kits, ski kits or formed skid plates must be shipped in boxes to prevent damage.

USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL MAIL DOES NOT PROVIDE LIVE TRACKING INFORMATION!  IT DOES PROVIDE A CUSTOMS NUMBER WHICH WE PROVIDE YOU AS PROOF OF SHIPMENT.  IF YOU WANT LIVE TRACKING ASK FOR EXPRESS MAIL PRICING.

We do not overcharge for international shipping. We simply no longer ship via the cheapest method available as for some strange reason customers do not like it when their order gets lost in the mail.  We understand that you want the most secure and cost effective delivery method.  However standard air mail has proven to be very unreliable.  Remember you can always check our dealers page and find a local shop to supply you with our products.

We charge based on the standard USPS International Priority mail rates as applied to the package your item is shipped in. You can always compare our rates on the USPS.COM website!
