Backorder Policies

We do our best to keep the site updated with the most current information.  A notice will be posted in the product category if an item is unavailable.

As a general rule, we recommend that you do not order an item that is not available.  As with all manufacturing processes, there are always the potential for unforeseen delays which effects our delivery times on backordered items.

If you don't really like the "general rule" then here is the extra bits....

If your total order includes an item that is unavailable, then you may request that the remaining items be shipped out first.  You will be charged an additional shipping fee for the backordered item when it is in stock and ready to ship.

If you order a single item which is not available, your order will be held till the item is back in stock then your package will ship out, a bit delayed but with no additional costs.

Return Policies

Please be sure of the products you are buying. Make sure to purchase the particular item that is compatible with your vehicle as on many of our products have different variations.

1) We will not accept  returns on a product if you purchased the incorrect version for your vehicle.

2) We will not accept returns if our products do not fit other aftermarket manufacturers products (which are not stock dimension).  All of our products are designed to be compatible with the stock truck. 

3) We will not accept any returns on clearance items.  Clearance items may have small flaws or defects.  Clearance items may be items that we are discontinuing and will not have replacement parts in the future.

We will accept items that are in New/sealed condition within 10 days of receipt of the items for full product price refund, we can not refund shipping charges from or back to us. Any items that have been opened and installed will not be accepted. 

When returning an item you must contact us in advance and make us aware to the issue.  The package must be shipped by a secure method (priority mail, UPS etc) and it is a good idea to get a tracking number on the package so you can verify that we have received the item.  We cannot be held responsible for a package that is lost.

Warranty Issues

Warranty issues on FULLFORCE products

We take great pride in the quality of parts that we sell to our customers.  Our goal has always been to give our customers the best value for their hard earned cash.  If you receive a FULLFORCE product that you believe is defective or damaged please contact us and we will make it right. 

You must contact us first before sending your product in.  If you do not do this you may be charged a shipping fee to return the item.

WARRANTY issues on other products

We have been asked by past customers to provide certain products from other manufactures that would compliment our growing line of products.  We have slowly began adding these items to the sites.  We will be adding new products as the need arises.

Currently we carry Venom racing products as well as OFNA products.

Any warranty issues on these items should be sent direct to the manufacturer as we do not send your products in for service.  Situations were a product has damage and the packaging is in tact are considered a manufacturing issue. Please contact the manufacture for replacement parts.
 

We are also, NOT responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the products we sell. Yes, hot coffee is "Hot" coffee. Fuel will burn and nitro cars can hurt people. 

Privacy Policy
 

FULLFORCE RC respects your right to privacy. We will not sell/share/loan our customer information for any reason. We do collect your shipping/billing information when placing an order.

All information collected by FULLFORCE RC is used to conduct our business, and keep in contact with our customers.
